the location was amazing and incredible, just next door to within walking distance from most things, and florence in the early morning. we were very satisfied with the exceptionally nice and accommodating staff.

We had an amazing time staying in this hotel. the location was perfect as we were able to explore the city with ease. Secondly, we really appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the fantastic air conditioning which was a lifesaver in the heat. The separate single beds in the room were perfect for our kids. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were all so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great and had a lot of variety.
All aspects of this hotel were great, we couldn't think of anything that needed improvement.
